WOMB SURROUND PROCESS WORKSHOP

Following the working model of Ray Castellino, this workshop allows us to explore and integrate in an intimate and secure context, the memory still present in our system of experiences of the pre and perinatal period and early childhood, which are in our unconscious and affect our way of being in the world, how we relate to the other and create our relationships, how our autonomic nervous system regulate and therefore our ability to trust and feel calm.

It brings more integrity and strength, to have more options in the present time, empathy, understanding and insight and more connection to our self and to others. It differentiates between what was missing and what exists now, as well as more ability to connect with wholeness and well-being.

Carme Renalias is a certified facilitator by Castellino Training

Examples of topics that can be explored in a WSPW

  • Patterns when it comes to relationships and bonding

  • Emotions that always come back and take a lot of space: loneliness, anger, the feeling of abandonment, apathy, longing...

  • Challenges in our lives: emotional conflicts, difficulty getting pregnant, inability to carry out projects, the relationship with our children or our parents...

  • How we are affected today by the way in which we were conceived, gestated and our birth (idea of abortion, toxicity, interventions such as forceps and caesarean section, anesthesia...)

  • What influence our ancestors have in our life

  • How the loss of a twin in the first weeks of life or later can affect us

  • Limiting beliefs

  • Our ability to set healthy boundaries

  • Lack of trust and confidence

  • Lack of impulse

HOW it is a WSPW

The workshop lasts two and a half days, starting Friday at 3:30 p.m. and ending Sunday at 6 p.m.

The group consists of 4/5 participants, an assistant and Carme Renalias as facilitator.

Each participant will have a 2:30 hour for exploration, to take their turn, in a safe and supportive environment where the principles of cooperation, self-care, choice and regulation will be present. The turn consists of 2 hours of somatic experience and a 1/2 hour for integration comments or debrief.
The rest of participants are the supportive surround layers of the turn person.

There is the possibility to stay overnight in a shared room and use the kitchen to prepare meals.
